  • What do you look for in applicants?
Apart from an interest in the healthcare sector, we aren't looking for certain technical skill sets or experience. Instead, we look for individuals who demonstrate creativity, strong analytical reasoning, and ability to work collaboratively. Additionally, as a community-oriented organization, we're interested in applicants who can deeply connect with our mission, actively engage socially, and offer diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
  • How much is the time commitment?
Analysts are typically expected to dedicate around 5 hours per week, including general and project team meeting attendance.
  • What does an SCHCG project team look like?
Each of our SCHCG project teams consist of one project director and four analysts, working with one client for the semester. At the beginning of each semester, SCHCG members list their preferences for the proposed projects, and E-board makes assignments based on a number of considerations, including project preference, member experience, and skillset.
